Meet Dr. Schroeder, a Lifestyle Medicine Doctor
Dr Jenn Schroeder, a 20yr family practitioner delivering babies and treating families, opened her own private practice in 2020, Embrace Medicine in Bentonville, AR. Her professional journey after Obstetrics started with a second Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine - focusing on nutrition, movement/exercise, sleep, stress, and community as central to our health to prevent, manage and reverse chronic disease. She went on to become a Menopause Society credentialed practitioner and completed The Institute of Functional Medicine's Endocrine and Metabolism training. She has gathered a multidisciplinary group of providers, to offer a modern practice that tailors individualized health plans for each patient according to their needs and goals. Dr. Schroeder is also passionate about mood disorders and ADHD, and how mental health issues impact the rest of our life and health. A dedicated cyclist, she continues to compete after a below-knee amputation in 2020 and total knee replacement in 2024. She’s a mother of three, stepmother to four, and enjoys reading, cooking, and raising chickens.
Transformative Cognitive-Behavior Therapy for Lasting Change
Elsbeth Fast, LCSW is a behavioral sleep specialist with 30 years experience, the last 15 in PSTD and sleep therapy. She opened her own practice in Fayetteville, AR and specializes in a type of therapy called Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It is a short-term (6 to 8 sessions), evidence-based, highly effective therapy that is considered the gold-standard treatment for insomnia.
She is a member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and while working at the VA, I became convinced of the power of good sleep to restore mental and physical well-being. As a result, I became a master trainer and consultant in CBT-I, training other therapists across the country.
Dr Schroeder is pleased to connect patients to Elsbeth's treatment -she is looking forward to working with you to improve both the quality and quantity of your sleep.

Leslie Zanoff, a former magazine publisher turned meditation teacher in Northwest Arkansas, blends 20+ years of experience in Fortune 500 collaborations with her passion for personal growth. A Chopra-certified instructor, she advocates for mental well-being and mindfulness, drawing from her own health journey. Leslie continues to serve on nonprofit committees supporting women’s and children’s healthcare while encouraging intentional living through meditation. Based in Fayetteville with her husband Ramon and their two children, she inspires others to make mindfulness a cornerstone of whole health.

Dr. Madicyn Huddleston is a dedicated occupational therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent conditions and is currently expanding her expertise to include pelvic floor therapy. With five years of clinical experience, Dr. Huddleston leads a team of occupational therapy assistants and supervises fieldwork students, showcasing her commitment to nurturing the next generation of therapists.
